TENNESSEE COLONY MAN SENTENCED FOR MANUFACTURING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
LUFKIN, TX – United States Attorney Matthew D. Orwig announced today that a 46-year-old Tennessee Colony man has been sentenced to 180 months in federal prison for manufacturing child pornography in the Eastern District of Texas.
KEVIN TRACY WISEMAN was sentenced today by United States District Judge Thad Heartfield for manufacturing child pornography.
According to information presented in court, law enforcement authorities had received information that Wiseman had taken sexually explicit photographs of a minor with a digital camera. During a subsequent investigation, Wiseman was interviewed by authorities, and numerous images of child pornography were discovered stored in his computer.
Wiseman was indicted by a federal grand jury in February 2006 and pleaded guilty to charges manufacturing child pornography on October 24, 2006.
