United States Attorney Johnny Sutton and Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Ralph G. Diaz announced today the arrest and indictment of Richard Walter Fleming, 43 years old, of San Antonio, Texas, for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography.
Fleming was arrested by FBI Agents during the early morning hours of March 8, 2007, after which search warrants were executed on Fleming’s residence, computers, and office. Fleming has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of receipt of child pornography. If convicted, Fleming faces a mandatory minimum of five years up to a maximum of forty years in federal prison and a maximum $750,000 fine.
